Our Busy Dermatology Offices seek a coordinator to support our growing online and e*communications with patients.   We seek a communications coordinator to support registration and scheduling in our patient portal.  Their overall goal is to maximize our patients' experience in interacting with Golden State Dermatology online.   Specific duties include:

  • Enabling patients to use our custom portal
  • Support our recall process, reminding patients of the need for skin checks and follow-ups.
  • Ensuring system readiness so that patients who registered online have a pleasant, efficient reception upon arrival at our office
  • Monitor patient activity and responses to email, reminder phone calls, reminders text messages.
  • Support all electronic communications to our patients.

This is a fast-paced, high volume job.   The coordinator will work in a call-center environment, reviewing hundreds of records daily, and interacting with others throughout the practice.    

Candidates must be experienced in medical office registration and reception.   Very strong computer and organizational skills are a must!    Dermatology experience a plus!   Candidates with eClinicalWorks training and experience will receive preferential consideration.
